1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of all products, software, services, and websites (collectively, the "Service") provided by FreeVPSX Hostings. These Terms may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. The most current version of the Terms can be reviewed at any time at this page.

2. Description of Service

FreeVPSX Hostings provides free Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services, including but not limited to, web hosting, application deployment, and general-purpose computing resources. The specific resources and limitations (e.g., CPU, RAM, bandwidth) are outlined in the respective plan descriptions (e.g., Learner, Student, Lifetime, Trial).

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must be at least **18 years of age** to use our services, or possess legal parental or guardian consent.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the person or entity who registered the account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to minors. Specifically, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• **Spamming:** Sending unsolicited bulk emails or messages.
• **Illegal Content:** Hosting or distributing copyrighted materials, pirated software, or any other illegal content.
• **Network Abuse:** Engaging in DDoS attacks, port scanning, unauthorized access, or operating proxies that mask malicious activity.
• **Cryptocurrency Mining:** Operating any form of cryptocurrency mining software or scripts that place excessive load on the VPS infrastructure.
• **Phishing/Malware:** Hosting phishing sites, malware, or botnets.
• **High-Risk Activity:** Running high-volume traffic services, public VPNs, or services designed for resource exhaustion.

Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

5. Service Limitations and Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Free VPS Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
• **Free Service Termination:** Free accounts may be terminated due to prolonged inactivity, violation of the AUP, or resource abuse that negatively impacts other users.
• We take no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store data maintained or transmitted by the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

• YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. The Service is provided on an **"AS IS"** and **"AS AVAILABLE"** basis.
• FreeVPSX Hostings makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• FreeVPSX Hostings shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles.
